This week's Meatbag Manifesto now up in 'articles'.

"I was most looking forward to seeing Morrison and Pogba given a full game. Both got plenty of pitch time in the end and didn’t look any worse than the aforementioned Macheda or Diouf, but if you’re going to play the kids, play the kids. Don’t hold them back.

These two in particular are being touted as the best academy products since the Giggs and Scholes generation, so why not put them in and let them prove it? It’s not like we have any immovable objects in centre midfield that can’t be dropped. Giggs and Rooney were both younger than Pogba and Morrison are now when they made their debuts and Fabregas and Wilshere were fixtures in Arsenal’s first choice midfield at 18. Now they’re throwing in the likes of Oxlade-Chamberlain (also 18) and he’s looking the part too. If you’re good enough, you’re old enough."

We're also going to Basel this week, where we'll film a video diary for the website.
